The ingredients needed to prepare Coffee Ice Cream:

  1. Prepare 1 liter of whipping cream.
  2. Use 1 can of (about 385 grams of) condense milk.
  3. You need 4 tbsp of instant coffee (depending on your taste may be reduced to 3Tbls).
  4. Get 1/2 cup of chocolate disks roughly brocken up or chocolate chips.
  5. Get 1/2 cup of Maraschino or other cherries of preference roughly chopped up.

Instructions to make Coffee Ice Cream:

  1. Dissolve coffee with a little bit of water. About 1Tablespoon of water should suffice..
  2. Mix dissolved coffee mixture into condense milk..
  3. Place cream into large mixing bowl and add condense milk mixture into the cream. Mix well..
  4. Whisk with electric beater until cream is whipped. Note that this may take some time..
  5. Once whipped, lightly fold in the chocolate chips / disks and cherries..
  6. Transfer into a freezer safe tupperware / container and freeze overnight or until set..
  7. Makes roughly about 2 litres of ice cream..
  8. Enjoy on its own or with some chocolate sauce. 😀.
